| As a budding triathlete and avid cyclist, Karri knows first hand the benefits that massage can offer the athlete who is seeking optimal levels of performance. Her intention is to further her massage training to include Sports Massage for both pre and post workout and to help assist with injury recovery through upcoming continued education classes for Sports Massage.
As powerful as the massage benefits are for athletes, it is equally beneficial for helping to improve circulation, increase joint mobility, aiding in digestion, reducing stress, assist with relieving migraines as well as many other issues that most of us encounter. Karri added, “Having lived with back and neck pain on and off for a long time, I can truly attest to the impact that massage can have in helping to relieve the discomfort from pain and stress. I am excited for my clients to experience the benefits that massage can offer.” Karri’s massage business, which is under the name Relaxation Response (inside the Center for Creative Healing) is accepting new clients and can be reached at relaxationresponse@gmail.com or by calling 920-290-1948 or the Center for Creative Healing at 748-4663. |
